Asbestos contaminated dust or debris spread across site and neighboring properties
High-pressure cleaners on asbestos roofs
In March 2022, an unlicensed painter in Sherwood used high-pressure water spray equipment to clean a corrugated asbestos cement sheet roof for painting. As a result, asbestos contaminated dust or debris (ACD) was spread across the site and neighboring properties, including internal parts of the house next door through open windows.
